Spam Policy

Brungardt Consulting will NEVER send out an email asking for any type of personal information (name, address, email address, username, password, credit card, etc.) If we need to get a hold of a customer due to wrong information or missing information, we will restrict access to that individual. Also, if we need to gain additional information from a customer, we will notify them once they log in to their account through Brungardt Consulting.

Right To Refuse Service

We have the right to refuse service to a person, club, organization, or business that operates or plans to use our services to illegally or unethically discriminate against another person, a subset of people, or another organization.  We also have the right to refuse service to any person involved in or an organization considered to be a domestic terror organization.  We will report such activities to local, state, and federal authorities.  The State of Kansas has passed laws that allow discriminatory protection for businesses.  However, we only refuse service to person(s) or organizations who engage, condone, or facilitate hate, violence, misinformation, and any other activity that would cause harm.  We have the right to refuse service based on our availability to complete a project within a reasonable time period.
